scanned it in virustotal most of the antiviruses detect as a virus

opened it in notepad+++ and notepad of windows it shows the same thing it -snip-

what is the recommended one malwarebytes or microsoft malicious software removal tool ?

Not sure - Google them both and read what people have to say about them.

You should be okay just deleting the .vbe file.

Once you've deleted it, run another scan. I used to use Avast.

im currently doing a scan with malwarebytes

Honestly: How on earth would one think it is ok to add a potential virus, one was stupid enough to install on one's computer, to share in a public forum?
You seriously need to think before acting as this is not a trivial thing. These forums are not an antivirus forum so this discussion end here and now and do not ever do this again!
