Trong
I reinstalled and updated my Windows 10 system today. I downloaded and installed Autoit as usual, but it crashed. I checked and found out that NSIS v2.51 doesn't support Unicode path. The installer needs to be upgraded to NSIS V3 like SciTE4AutoIt3 Edited June 1, 2021 by VIP Regards,
Earthshine
I just tried it in a Win10 VM and it's fine. What exactly do you mean Unicode path? I found this, is this what you are talking about? https://nsis-dev.github.io/NSIS-Forums/html/t-277381.html Edited June 1, 2021 by Earthshine My resources are limited. Earthshine
I think you should try to download it to a temporary folder and run from that. Something may be corrupt on your device. My resources are limited. You must ask the right questions
Developers Jos Posted June 1, 2021 Developers Share Posted June 1, 2021 What the OP means is that the installer doesn't run when stored in a path containing UNICODE characters, so there is an easy workaround but it is something we should do for the next version.
