Musashi
In advance : Shouldn't it be Global $aAccelKeys[2][2] = [["{F4}", $Start], ["{F8}", $Stop]] instead of Global $aAccelKeys[3][2] = [["F4", $Start], ["F8", $Stop]] I'm not 100% sure, but I think accelerators don't work with minimized windows 🤔. Bueno
Hey Musashi, Thank you, it works perfectly. Probably accelerators really don't work with minimized window. I tried without success.
Moderators Melba23 Posted May 6, 2021 Moderators Share Posted May 6, 2021 Bueno & Musashi, From the Help file: Quote Remarks Accelerator keys are similar to HotKeys, but there are 2 important differences: - 1. They are only active when the GUI specified in the function is active which means that, unlike HotKeys, Accelerator keys will not interfere with other running applications. So they will not work in a minimized window. Musashi
39 minutes ago, Bueno said: Thank you, it works perfectly. Glad to hear that . I guess that the script is just a shortened test version. Anyway, here are some more notes : Why does your script uses #RequireAdmin ? The flow of the script (in particular "Case $Start") seems a bit 'unwieldy' to me. First you need to click the start button. The next click with the right mouse button moves the cursor outside the GUI. Clicking again at this position puts the GUI into the background. You have your own function myExit(), but you don't use it. As long as you are satisfied with the process, everything is fine, of course. Otherwise, you could provide a more detailed description of what you are trying to accomplish. Perhaps the process can be optimized. "In the beginning the Universe was created.
