Help with disck monitoring

hi :p 

i am new there... i need create an script to read disc percent of activit (like task manager shows in windows 10... ) to do an action when it reach some percent... 

example:

$disckactivit = @disk

$A = 0 

do 

if $disckactivit > 70 (percent... ) then tolltip ("waring using" &  $disckactivit & "%of u disk speed")

if not $disckactivit > 70 (percent... ) then tolltip ("Using" &  $disckactivit & "%of u disk speed")

until $A = 1
