Is it possible to make the GUI color background change?

And is it possible to change the Autoit logo on the GUI

You should add your own ICON to the EXE file.
I do this in this way:

#AutoIt3Wrapper_Icon=z:\!!!_SVN_AU3\ICONS\work_magneta2.ico

Thank you i didnt think it was possible i thought i would have to download another gui editor like kobra or something

Is it possible to Input text on the GUI input bar and have it change whats in the code

for example sleep("1000")  Then i would be able to change the value (aka 1000) by writing in input bar 
input bar as in text when you type it into a bar

Exactly what I said - InputBox. The example shows you how to capture the string returned
