Alternative to FileFindFirstFile() with RegExp?

objective: locate file with pattern as 'my_static_file_name_-_yyyymmdd_123.txt'

FileFindFirstFile() & FileFindNextFile() & _FileListToArray() are good candidates and it works but only support while cards * and ? with wildcards limit, it returns everything such as 'my_static_file_name_-_abc.txt' ect.. and need to refine it with regexp seems to waste a few cycles.

is there an alternative or work around to take advantage of regexp directly to narrow down to specific like this?

Local $hSearch = FileFindFirstFile('my_static_file_name_-_\d{8}_\d{3}.txt')
