Another Problem With Spaces

Haveing a new problem - working on the last function of my script, hopefully this is the last time i'll have space problems.

if i have folder named test_test_-_this_is_a_test

I want to replace all the underscores _ with a space

so it read's test test - this is a test

but again the spaces are giving me a headache..
