i dont know how to link autoit with java

I have written a script in the script editor regarding flashing using the stvp tool , if im checking text validation and there is an error it gets reflected on the console when a .au3 file is run , but my main objective is to integrate it with eclipse , i read that we can create an exe file of the .au3 file and using a command run that .exe .But there is an error like some text not validated in my .au3 script how will that error be visible on the eclipse, i m so confused please help
