3. how I can do
4. how to

Are you stating that the element's name changes each time you load the page?

If this is the only form on the page, you may be able to do something like this --

Local $oForm = _IEFormGetCollection($oIE, 0)
Local $oElement = _IEFormElementGetCollection($oForm, 0)
