Java cmd can be acticated but cannot have key inputs sent to it - (Locked)

So I have created a MC server and the GUI is a command prompt that shows me text about what is going on, i.e chat and server info. I want to activate it and send a /stop command but it wont input they keys into the CMD and execute the command after selecting the window.

 

My programming is as follows

Winactivate ( "C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_191\bin\java.exe" )
Send ( "/stop {ENTER}" )
