Copying excel column data to another Program

Hello, 

I am new to Autoit and I am wondering if any of you could guide me in the right direction with this program. 

Task: Select the Correct score 

1.       Activate Excel sheet

2.       Check if there is information in column A

3.       If so, run these steps

4.       Click on cell

5.       Read patients account number Click & Ctrl + C

6.       Copy the account number

7.       Activate Eclinical works

8.

 [EG1]Different scores for different patients , will organize excel sheet so that it contains 1 score for for all those users.
