Cursor Colour

Hey, all.  

I've been looking for a way to change cursor colour but not the cursor itself. I've been looking for a couple hours now and can't find anything.  I also don't even know where to start, if anyone has any tips or examples please comment them.

you can simply do it within windows and control panel (ease of access)...

I'm actually looking for a method to change the cursor color through a script. Also I'd like to keep the default cursor however change the colour of it from white to green.

you can script the change thru control panel, i know it not the perfect solution, but idk how much important it is for you ?

user32.dll has quite a few functions that manage cursor shape and image

Solved the problem by using the example at _WinAPI_SetSystemCursor and created my own .cur file
