Iczer
I have a troubles (-1 on DLLOpen()) loading x64 SQLite.dll version 3.25.3 (fresh pre-built version from sqlite site). It's size is smaller than version 3.25.2 witch is loads just fine. Is only me, or something actually wrong with this dll?

Iczer
yes, 32-bit loads ok. I cannot try it with my script, as it x64, but _SQLite_Startup() example from help works normally
BrewManNH
What is the DLL named? According to the way AutoIt's SQLite functions work, if you're running 64 bit, it will tack on an unnecessary suffix to the file name. TheXman
This is odd. I use sqlite dll and sqlite.net dll (when encryption is needed) quite extensively. I'm still using v3.24.0 because I only update my dlls when I can use a matching .net version. The .net version is still at v3.24.0 so I'm still using the v3.24.0 version of the normal dlls. Something is definitely wrong with the 64bit v3.25.3. Given the smaller size of the 64bit dll, it looks like the 64bit v3.25.3 was possibly compiled and linked using incorrect switches and/or libraries. TheXman
I updated my previous post with additional tests. Looks like v3.24.0 thru v3.25.2 dll files are fine. The 32bit v3.25.3 dll file appears to be okay too. However, there does appear to be a problem with the 64bit v3.25.3 dll downloaded from sqlite.org. BrewManNH
After all this, it's nothing to do with AutoIt, and obviously nothing can be done to fix it with AutoIt. However, for some people, it is nice to know the root cause of an issue and to be warned that the most current version (3.25.3) of the 64bit sqlite3.dll has issues.
