@vati1011, What is up with the shouting in the title ? ( typing it all in UPPERCASE CHARACTERS)

In general all people posting in the "General help and support" forum need help. ;)

As to your question: I won't be downloading any unknown dll from somebody new and anybody with a clear mind will do the same. Nothing personal but simply common safety practices.

So where are the specifications for this DLL?

Ok, so how do you know the DllOpen() failed as you are trying to display the Handle returned? What does it show?
Where is the DLL located?
How are you testing? From SciTE run or Compiled?

I have used "Dllopen" to open dll file and it's return value -1.

location of dll and script files together.

I have used from scite run and compiled.
