Find value in excel file

I've tried finding this but I cannot anywhere. I would like to find all occurrences of a value in a certain sheet of an excel workbook. When I try to use _Excel_RangeFind it finds the value across all sheets. 

$aResult = _Excel_RangeFind($oWorkbook, $fileName, $oWorkbook.Worksheets(4))

I am trying to use this to return only the results from worksheet 4 but it returns nothing.

$aResult = _Excel_RangeFind($oWorkbook, $fileName, $oWorkbook.Worksheets(4).UsedRange)
