what do you get for :

$aTemp = _FileListToArrayRec("C:\", "*", 4 + 8 + 16)
If @error = 1 Then Exit MsgBox(262144, @error, "Path not found or invalid")

_ArrayDisplay($aTemp)

I get a listing of the root of my C: drive. What do you get?

On my Win7 I get @error=1 "Path not found or invalid"

It works fine when I change it to 

$aTemp = _FileListToArrayRec("C:\", "*" )

EDIT: I have account with administrator privileges.

EDIT2: 64bit

Do you run the script as administrator or ordinary user?

at the moment i'm back on 3.3.14.2
I think running with #RequireAdmin didnt change anything

Hi,

It is a bug introduced when magic numbers were replaced with constants. Easy to fix.

In the new version, constants were used in _FileListToArrayRec instead of the magic numbers. In line 142 and 145 the wrong constant was taken. There is $FLTAR_NOSYSTEM, but $FLTAR_NOHIDDEN would be correct!
