Is there a way to make the autoit click in a specific color on my screen?

Just have this question, does the autoit have the function to automatically click in a color on my screen or just to click in coordinates? If not, is there a way for me to do it manually?

What game? ImageSearch might be a better solution but sometimes it depends on the textures of the game.
