Windows 7 - Script error in IE11 - res://ieframe.dll/script.js

Hello,

I have a client who is running Windows 7 and has had to reinstall IE11 twice in the last few months because of this error. I am trying to figure out what is causing this script error, but I am not sure where to start. I want to add an exclusion for the AV which is Webroot and HitmanPro (not sure how both were installed, other users have only Webroot installed), but I'm not sure where res://ieframe.dll/script.js is located on the PC.

If anyone has experience with this I would appreciate the help.
