Skysnake
I recently came to the realization that it is best practice for all functions to return an explicit Return $value. Duh If not, then why not? Obviously there may be times not to do so, but it does avoid problems if you put it in... If condition Then MyFunction() Func MyFunction() ;doSomething Return $value EndFunc Skysnake Why is the snake in the sky?

BrewManNH
As an FYI, all user functions already return a value when they end, it's zero. Adding a return value just for the sake of returning something (other than the default zero) is pretty much pointless if you're not going to use it.
