Audio File To Text Using Sapi Possible

I tried Searching Forum But I Couldnt Get it

Is it possible to directly use sapi to get text from audio file and not from microphone?

answer what i got while searching google is get aux cable and connect output port to input port that will help me get input from microphone

Has Anyone tried this 

can someone guide me to this

As far as I rember here on the forum are 2 udf for SAPI.

But as I see you are looking for voice recognition?

ya kind of voice recognition but somewhat like dictation mode

but dictation not by way of microphone but by way of an audio file may be wav or mp3 or something else

Update to first post i found a driver as "vb virtual cable" 

this servers purpose partially until i dont use my speakers or any other device

In short if i need to tell u is

We Have list of printers which actually dont print but get it to some other digital format eg:pdf creator

something like that i want to add microphone which gets stream from audio file -done with vb virtual cable currently

but i wish there was any easy way working directly with sapi
