Select statement error

hello,

select statement cant make the difference between capital and small letters, for example

Func test($Num)
    Select
        case $Num = "K"
            $Output = "Capital"
        case $Num = "k"
            $Output = "small"
    EndSelect
    Return $Output
EndFunc
MsgBox("","",test("k"))

the output will always be capital tho its a small k
