YouTube Live Stream Chat Bot/Auto Shoutout Wall?

Hi,

I have a YouTube live stream to give channels shoutouts, but I cannot always be active to change the shoutout board.  I am looking for a developer to create a bot for the stream, so users can type a certain command in the livestream chat and the bot will add the user's live sub count onto the board.  If someone makes one for my channel, I can give them a shoutout in my next video! (I have around 10000 subscribers) Let me know if you are available! Search "Shouting out for subs live stream" or "sDoddler live stream" for some examples of what I am talking about!
