You can make it as difficult or easy as you want, but I have shown you the basics which you simply need to (re-)apply to your logic. Adding loop means adding more If's to test the $Running variable as the is updated right after you click the button and then the script returns to where it was when the button was pressed.
So, you have to come up with your logic on how much you want to complete before pausing.
