change opacity of window _WinAPI_DwmEnableBlurBehindWindow ?

can we control opacity of window using this _WinAPI_DwmEnableBlurBehindWindow ?

Do you means this: you can change the background color of the GUI to change opacity.

In the example: GUISetBkColor(0x000000). Change it to GUISetBkColor(0xCCBB2A) for example.

for example i want to make it transparent like windows 10 start menu 
like in this picture 
as you can see window is too much transparent 
i want to decrease it transparency level 

Or we can say less blur effect

Yes i have changed and here is result in picture below 
Can we control blur effect ?
I mean, I have seen many time many picture editor give that control
Can we control it here ?  sorry if i have ask something stupid

I didn't found any option to set the blur level except the background color.
