I was wondering if there is a UDF out there for creating split screen GUIs. I have been looking at this old thread but it is a little buggy and I'm having some trouble getting it to work for my purpose.

I'm trying to make a split screen GUI similar to windows explorer (trying to use the look/feel that everyone is so use to) that allows me to have a treeview on one side and a set of tabs on the other. I'm trying to figure out how to do this using ctrl pos and win pos and mouse up/down events, but I feel like I've seen UI's in examples that do something similiar and I was wondering if there is a UDF or a more recent example than the one I provided above that I could look at.
