AutoItX3 and Get Handle / Control ID by Position

Hey,

 

my first question:

Is it posssible to add functions to AutoITX3 in VB.net?   If yes how?
 

my second question:

I´ve a programm where the Instance and Control ID randomly changes. It´s different per each start. The classname is also different...

The only thing which doesnt change is the Position. So... I tryed out this script:

But it shows me a Handle which I can´t even find in the programm via the window manager.
