Access Excel sheet

Hello all,

I am writing code in which I want to enter" size of Array "from excel sheet !  there are few of Conditions ..

1. I  want my code to get the "last row no" which has some data and Stop acting when it will get any non-empty cell of any column .

I have attached One excel file According  to this  file it must have to give value "9" , I did many attempt to make this possible but couldn't so please help me by giving any right solution .
