drquochoai,

You have been here long enough to know that we do not appreciate you bumping your own threads within 24 hours.

Remember this is not a 24/7 support forum - those who answer are only here because they like helping others and have some time to spare.  You just have to wait until someone who knows something about your particular problem, and is willing to help, comes online.  Be patient and someone will answer eventually.

finally, i found the answer by

czardas

I think this function should be add by default to Autoit, it took me a day to find out the answer, i'm converting some java function to autoit, that's horrible to have this simple problem.

Func BitShiftUnsigned($dVal, $iShift)
    If $iShift > 0 And BitAND($dVal, 0x80000000) = 0x80000000 Then
        $dVal = BitShift($dVal, 1)
        $dVal = BitXor($dVal, 0x80000000)
        $iShift -= 1
    EndIf
    Return BitShift($dVal, $iShift)
EndFunc
ConsoleWrite(BitShiftUnsigned(-118819295,6) & @LF); this function should be add by default in Autoit
