Closing active Loop Help

My probleme is here :

ElseIf $Data = "No" Then
         GUICtrlSetData ($Iamaretardos, "Yes")
         Sleep(50000)

How to "exit" the sleep if i dont want to remove it ? Or doing somthing at same time.

As requested by someone i tryed to watch the tutorial but since i dont got the same syntax i cant get a correct logic can someone help me please ?

You can't exit the sleep, you'd need to use a timer (TimerInit and TimerDiff) to create a pause function that can be broken into.
