The only strange thing is that... at the moment of our last conversation, he changed his nick to "AutoBert" (Scroll to the bottom of the log.)... I really wonder if it was @AutoBert?

Not strange, thats how trolling is done, It is way easy to see past chat logs and assume the handle.  Keep it up and you will see spam links and all sorts of good fun, engaging them is not the optimal solution.  If I am probing a network, i am only looking for a response, not really caring what that response is.  I would recommend ignoring passersby. And if you can block or mute them without them realizing it has been done, that might also be effective.

One lesson you need to quickly learn is to simply ignore stuff when there is nothing to gain.
Some people find pleasure in pushing other peoples buttons... just ignore them as you take the pleasure out of it.

Well it was not a sneer, it was a polite way of saying, you think posting personal details is poor form, then you go on to further clarify whos those personal details actually belong to.

In plain terms, a twats trick.

Very unbecoming of a person entrusted with such personal details, almost the exact opposite of what I mentioned about the trust which a forum like this, invites.

I thought posting the IP of the troll (according to @Jos the troll was @JohnOne) ok because... because... He is a troll anyway :P, He should use something like a proxy yo hide his IP.

 

I will note this point and I will warn the troll that I am going to publish his IP in the public.
