Agent based remote administration tool

Heya,

I've started a project inspired by MSP-systems like Kaseya, Nable and other suits that provide easy management of remote computers made for companies selling services like remote control assistance, software deployment, monitoring etc.

I did a quick search and found Remote Administration Suite last updated in 2008 but i don't think it's agent based wich i think is needed to make a good solution. Have anyone seen or heard of similar projects that could be merged?

I would like it to be open source and have the autoit comunity contribute to a free alternative to the big companies expenive systems. Is anyone is willing to collaborate in such a project?
