Icon corruption when disabling a button

There might be a better way, but anyway here's how I did it:

  1. I loaded the file in Paint.NET and save as 24 bit .png, this removes all alpha without losing any quality
  2. Open the .png and select the white background around the block with the magic wand
  3. Delete selection
  4. Save back as 32 bit .ico

If you don't care about the area around the block to be transparent just skip step 2 and 3...

To use .ico files in Paint.NET you need the plugin from http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?/topic/927-icon-cursor-and-animated-cursor-format-v37-may-2010/
