I have 2 programs made in Autoit open at the same time and I need to upgrade to one of them variable in real time whenever there is a change in the other program, someone knows a way to do this?

You can also use an INI file or the Registry (etc) to write and read shared settings.

that way I had tried but the updating of data is done with interval less than 30 milliseconds and for this reason if I write and read happens sometimes fail, I'm using this to put credits on the jukebox program I did in Autoit!
