Open Excel File on Desktop?

I am trying to get AutoIt to open an excel file on my desktop, here is my current script, when I run it nothing happens?

 

run(' "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Microsoft Office\Microsoft Excel 2010.exe" "C:\Users\TEaston\Desktop\Abacus List.xls" ')

Use Shellexcecute instead run,
