May be the "WinGetPos" bug can happen when there is the Metro grid of tiles colored ?

I don't know, I never saw this bug. Unfortunately I cannot change my screensaver on my company notebook to test it because GPOs don't permit it.

I have another question :

When i have made the script for create the picture with all the icons (as Chimp suggest )

i discover that _GDIPlus_BitmapCloneArea have a limit of 65535 px for the width or height of the rectangle to copy.

I do not find any reference in the help file or on the web about that.

Did you know this limitation ?
