Add elements to an array of the same row but different columns

I am messing with _ArrayAdd() and I can't figure out how to add 2 elements to an array that need to be on the same row, but different columns. How could I easily accomplish this? In my script I don't know what row is empty, thus I need to use something like _ArrayAdd().

 

Edit: I always start off by making an empty array such as Local $array[0][3]
