Barcode
Ok thanks water. Would you have a program that processes files in a folder that I could modify and test? Edited August 26, 2015 by Barcode
Moderators Melba23 Posted August 26, 2015 Moderators Share Posted August 26, 2015 Barcode,Look at the examples for _FileListToArrayRec, that function will allow you to list all the files on the path. You can then loop through the array (For..To...Next) and read each the files in turn into and array (FileReadToArray), find the line in question (_ArraySearch) and delete it (_ArrayDelete),before rewriting the file (_FileWriteFromArray). Give it a go and see what you can manage - you know where we are if you run into problems.M23 Any of my own code posted anywhere on the forum is available for use by others without any restriction of any kind Open spoiler to see my UDFs: Spoiler ArrayMultiColSort ---- Sort arrays on multiple columnsChooseFileFolder ---- Single and multiple selections from specified path treeview listingDate_Time_Convert -- Easily convert date/time formats, including the language usedExtMsgBox --------- A highly customisable replacement for MsgBoxGUIExtender -------- Extend and retract multiple sections within a GUIGUIFrame ---------- Subdivide GUIs into many adjustable framesGUIListViewEx ------- Insert, delete, move, drag, sort, edit and colour ListView itemsGUITreeViewEx ------ Check/clear parent and child checkboxes in a TreeViewMarquee ----------- Scrolling tickertape GUIsNoFocusLines ------- Remove the dotted focus lines from buttons, sliders, radios and checkboxesNotify ------------- Small notifications on the edge of the displayScrollbars ----------Automatically sized scrollbars with a single commandStringSize ---------- Automatically size controls to fit textToast -------------- Small GUIs which pop out of the notification area
Bert
The best way to think of this forum is simple. It is a classroom. Not a take away restaurant. You came in here to order food, not learn. We don't have food here. We teach people. mLipok, Fr33b0w and MikahS 3 The Vollatran project My blog: http://www.vollysinterestingshit.com/

LT2000
Along these lines..does anyone do freelance work? I have something I would like done, but the odds I can do it myself (in a reasonable time period) are exactly zero. I wouldn't mind paying a small fee to get someone to do it. I make no guarantees I will do it and the money would be donated to AutoIt instead.
