Chimaera
Something i worked out today for checking browserEdge is not a traditional program (its an app to all intense and purpose) so not as simple to accessThis how i got it working Local $edge_test = FileExists(@WindowsDir & '\SystemApps\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe\MicrosoftEdge.exe') If $edge_test = 1 Then Local $edge = RunWait('explorer.exe shell:AppsFolder\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe!MicrosoftEdge') EndIfThe runwait will work for other apps as well if you change the appfolder location to the right appThere maybe other ways but this is best ive come up with so farEnjoy If Ive just helped you ... miracles do happen. guinness
Local $bIsEdgePath = FileExists(@WindowsDir & '\SystemApps\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe\MicrosoftEdge.exe') If $bIsEdgePath Then ; No need to be explicit with = 1 Local $sEdgePath = RunWait('explorer.exe shell:AppsFolder\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe!MicrosoftEdge') EndIf ; Be careful with accessing $sEdgePath here, as it might not be declared if $bIsEdgePath returns False.I agree with @RaiNote, more of an example than a support question.
