wisem2540
I have a combobox with a list of servers in it. When I choose one, I would like to read information into an array. When I choose another, I would like to read the info into a different array. The simplest way I can think to do this is to have the array have the same name as the server,Something like this... $ & Guictrlread($Combo)_Arraydisplay($ & Guictrlread($Combo))Is this possible? Maybe theres a better way that I am missing?
Danyfirex
you simple can use the combo index as your array index. array[yourcomboindex] Saludos. Danysys.com AutoIt... wisem2540
Can you be more specific? I want an entirely different array for each item in the combo. Is your solution still viable?
BrewManNH
Can you be more specific? What are you attempting to do with the information selected in the combobox? You're not very clear on your requirements. If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day. Danyfirex
you can do this:array Server1[]array Server2[]array Server3[] array of server arrayarray servers[Server1[],Server2[],Server3[]] then access to every array by your combo index. wisem2540
Sure. Brewman The idea here is to select the server from the combobox. Then a WMI Query happens, populating some needed information to an array. (this part I have done)The point of my question is so that if I select a different server from the combo, a different array gets populated. That way, if I go back and select the first server, I can simply display the info rather than having to scan for it again Edited July 7, 2015 by wisem2540 Danyfirex
