iwak
Hello. Is it possible to realize the following problem? For example, there are 2 autoit script, each of which creates 2 different ie process/browser windows, then each script works only with his process/browser window. So when using _IEAttach in the first script, he will not be joining the second process/browser window, even if they have the same title, url, etc. Edited December 6, 2014 by iwak
Moderators SmOke_N Posted December 6, 2014 Moderators Share Posted December 6, 2014 (edited) You can _IEAttach by hwnd, so yes. Edit: But from experience, running two instances isn't going to always give the results you're hoping for. Edited December 6, 2014 by SmOke_N iwak 1 Common sense plays a role in the basics of understanding AutoIt... If you're lacking in that, do us all a favor, and step away from the computer. iwak
Thanks for your reply. I get result with this code: $hwnd = 0x001F0530 $oIE = _IEAttach($hwnd, "instance", 1) or $hwnd = 0x001F0530 $oIE = _IEAttach($hwnd, "hwnd") but get a error with this code: $hwnd = 0x001F0530 $oIE = _IEAttach($hwnd, "title", "Google") and $hwnd = 0x001F0530 $oIE = _IEAttach($hwnd, "url", "google.ru") how to do it correctly? BrewManNH
I'd guess it's because the window handle changes everytime the program starts. If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day.
