Zohar
Hi I created a TaskBarTray ContextMenu via TrayCreateItem(). I associated each MenuItem with an EventHandler function, via TrayItemSetOnEvent(). Now inside the EventHandler function that I created, I want to get the MenuItem's Text from the @TRAY_ID.. How can I do that? Thank you Zohar Edited October 25, 2014 by Zohar
BrewManNH
Didn't you create the menu items? Shouldn't you know what the text for them is? Post your script so we can see how you're building this and we can point you to the method needed. If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day. Zohar
Indeed I created those MenuItems, and I know what the text in them is.. Yet, what I am trying to do, is that the Switch() block in the EventHandler function, will switch by the MenuItem's Text instead of @TRAY_ID. If anyone knows how to resolve from @TRAY_ID to MenuItem text, it will be helpful..
