My outlook send/receive is intermittent. Sometimes works and sometimes not.

When not, connection taking a long time, minute or two. Then connection error 0x800ccc1a error. If I keep trying, after 4 or 5 tries, it sends or receives.

There is not really enough information to help you. You talk about Outlook, but this script has nothing to do with Outlook, so please be clear in what it is you are doing.
