do actions in every three hours

please help me how i can write a script which will perform some actions every three hours?

e.g run a program at 00:00, 03:00, 06:00, 09:00, 12:00, 15:00, 18:00, 21:00

I would just say If @hour equaled any of those times then perform the action.  Put that in a while loop that sleeps for an hour every time around,

Your For loop is all wrong, you can't use For In without a collection of objects or an array. You can't use a string like you're using as a start and/or finish of the loop you're attempting. You have your If check outside the For loop, so it will only check it after the for loop has finished so unless it completes at whatever _NowTime is, it's never going to run the Skype functions.

Your code is not getting the array value, you are using an array as a variable.
