Is there a tool to convert text blocks to AutoIT code ?

Just wanted to ask before I venture into creating this myself..

did anyone create a tool to convert a text block like

Hello world
   This is a test
More lines   

into this

$string = "Hello world" & @crlf & _
               "  This is a test" & @crlf & _
               "More lines"

 

Could be made into a Scite extension. I often find myself needing multi-lines like that, and adding all those & _ takes forever..

If noone did it, I could have a go at it.

Perhaps you could use the CodeWizard and simply copy the needed text and delete everything else

Just another quick and dirty approach using the text you have in the clipboard
