This has got to be a simple error, but I can't find it. The following script errors out of the first Send command (Send ({DOWN} 8, flag=0). Says it cannot parse it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Have you opened the Helpfile Send() command page to see what the proper syntax is?

Send ("{DOWN 8}")

Change it to that.

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.
