NetRock Posted January 31, 2014 Posted January 31, 2014 Hello, I am looking for a script to update settings in the Virtual Network Editor. As shown in the attached file, by opening "Virtual Network Editor" in Vmware Workstation, script or exe that can accept parameters to set the virtual Network. As an example: name = vmnet6, type=bridge and in vnet info section select bridged with ability to choose "bridged to" from drop down menu to set assigned physical network as parameter. Can anyone help me with thisThanks.
Moderators JLogan3o13 Posted January 31, 2014 Moderators Posted January 31, 2014 You used to be able to do it all through command line using vmnetcfg.exe, but that was some years ago. You might do a vmnetcfg.exe /? in the command line to see what switches are now supported. "Profanity is the last vestige of the feeble mind.
