I don't use this code. Is 3:30 am and am still up finishing a project of mine.
For what I see there is not much error checking. I'd add

It works Thank you  but only finds it if the element you are looking for is really simple, for example a white square. _ImageSearch is too slow but finds the same image

Pixel colors must match byte by byte. Function does not use color variation.
