Function in 3 lines. Although when I was the beginner, I used it

Can use GUICtrlCreateDummy

If the list is constructed long, show SplashTextOn. We need to check how long it takes to create a certain number of items. Pause over 1.5 seconds can be considered as a cause.

I wanted to remove _ArrayToClip along with _ArraySwap but I was told to put it back in.

Good call about the placeholder values - I use 9999 as a default and forgot about the ListViewItems. However, I will just increase the values to 99999 rather than go for the Dummy option - all it needs is a value that will not be returned from GUIGetMsg. Unless you can think of a good reason why I should not do that?

If there were such a function it would be in the String library and not here. Once the Array library is finalised I will take look and see what can be done - I think some modification to the code in the FileReadToArray function I rewrote recently would do the job nicely.
