I have a couple of older versions that I keep around to check if something someone is complaining about is an old problem or a new one. But, that being said, I think my signature says it all, I'm posting code that runs on the latest version, and I won't guarantee it runs on old OSs like XP. If the poster isn't running the latest version, and the problem isn't happening in the latest version, they're going to have to wait for someone else to help them.

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.

I do one stable version back in a VM, with BETAs on a snapshot. Easy rollback if I blow something up (not that this ever happens) :D

I have 3.3.8.1 in the beta folder.

So I delete the Beta folder's content and copy the 3.3.8.1 content into it?

Yes, that is what I do. All you need to remember is that the "Beta" items in the SciTE4AutoIt3 menus refer to the old version. ;)

I actually have an additional AutoIt toolbar in SciTE with various run/compile buttons that are colour-coded: always present green = current (10.2), and then either yellow = beta (not at the moment), or red = old (8.1). That way I do not get too confused. :D

I recommend that you do as I advised above and put 3.3.8.1 into the Beta folder once having installed 3.3.10.2 as the main version. :)

I would rather suggest:

#AutoIt3Wrapper_Autoit3Dir=
because then you can have as many versions available as you wish (I once had 4). But if you only have 2 versions, the SciTE4AutoIt3 Prod/Beta menu items and short-cut method is the easiest solution. :)
