roofninja
I first want to say sorry for my last post. I was a little paniced about loosing my files didn't want to redo the last few programs I made. I know better to say about decompiling EXEs. I am now trying to recode some stuff and so I am trying to figure out how to find the RAM in a PC or Laptop. The built in gives me what is available but that is not what the BIOS is telling me. Also I have been trying to use the Scriptomatic stuff, but I can't seem to find what I am looking for. Example. I have a Dell gx755 that the BIOS says it has 4 one gig RAM sticks. How do I get Autoit to tell me, you have 4 gigs of RAM? RUN . . . Slide . . . TAG . . . Your out . . . PAINTBALL !!!

BrewManNH
Have you tried MemGetStats? If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day. stormbreaker
MSDN is your friend. The AU3 documentation (help file) is the other friend. Google for that function and MSDN pages will be the top results. lewisg
I learned a lot about wmi with the command line version "wmic". Between Google, Microsoft TechNet, and trying many different commands it became very enlightening. Even had it output html so I could view it in a browser.
